Order Confirmation
Immediately after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Please review it carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us within 24 hours at contact form.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because nearly all of our products are custom-made to order (including poster, canvas, table top prints, glitter picture frames, pillows, mugs, and apparel), the following policy applies:

Within 24 hours of order placement: You may request changes or full cancellation free of charge, provided production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours or once production has started (within our standard 48-hour fulfillment window): Cancellations and major changes are no longer accepted. Minor adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Important Information
- Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place on hold any order that appears fraudulent, violates our terms, or contains inappropriate content.
- For custom artwork, please ensure all uploaded photos and design instructions are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
This Order Policy applies to all products sold by Emotitag and works together with our other policies. Please also review our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
